United Response is a registered charity that supports people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or physical disabilities to live the lives they choose. We recognise that everyone has different interests and work with each individual, giving them the support they need to fulfil their potential. We provide everything from 24-hour care and support to helping someone living in his or her own flat to get a job. Raising money for United Response will allow the people we support to access new experiences, new friends and the things they want in life - things the rest of us often take for granted.
We are a fantastic charity to run for, giving you the support and encouragement you need to reach the finishing line and meet your fundraising target! We offer a fundraising and training pack; monthly newsletters full of useful tips and a United Response running vest.
If you hit your sponsorship target by the end of May you will receive a choice of official Virgin London Marathon goodies! We hold a party at a five-star hotel near the finishing line, where we will pamper you with a hot shower, a well-deserved massage and exclusive food and drinks for you and your supporters to enjoy!
