AbleChildAfrica works with disabled children and young people in Africa.
We have been supporting projects in East Africa for over twenty years and have helped more than 30,000 children access appropriate education and health care. However many more children and young people still need your help. Disability exacerbates poverty but we believe that everyone should have an equal chance to achieve their potential.
That is why we support local organisations in African countries to help disabled children and young people achieve that equal chance.
From supporting corrective surgery to give a child the chance to walk for the first time, to leadership training for disabled young people to help them make their voices heard, your support can change lives. Your marathon run could help us make sure that disabled children in Africa get the chance they deserve, now and in the future.
